Volunteer:

 

The Volunteer will help Rifter Personnel Solution Online in resolving issues specific to job analysis, training design, executive coaching, or assessments. Must be able to advise on key responsibilities that include curriculum development, instruction & facilitation, skill development, assessment & feedback, logistics & administration, professional development, and innovation and competitiveness. Must have experience in investing & donation funding that leads to the resolution of issues specific to job analysis, training design, executive coaching, or assessments.

 

Investing & Donation Funding: Invest up to $250,000 if contributing using ACH as a payment method (available in the US). Otherwise, the maximum donation is $100,000.

 

Curriculum Development: Advise on the creation of lesson plans and workplace workshop materials to meet specific workplace skill needs.


Instruction & Facilitation: Advise on the delivery of structured lessons, guide activities to foster a collaborative and psychologically safe learning environment.

Skill Development: Advise on workplace workshop specific skills, including communication, conflict resolution, time management, and technical proficiency.
 

Assessment & Feedback: Advise on initial assessments, tracking participant progress through evaluations, and providing actionable feedback for skill improvement.

​

Logistics & Administration: Advise on best practices for workshop setup and equipment to manage attendance records, and prepare reports on program progress.

​

Professional Development: Advise on best practices to stay informed, which leads to participation in staff meetings and training to keep up with evolving best practices and industry standards.


Innovation & Competitiveness: Advise on best practices to stay informed with current technologies and industry trends that make it difficult to adapt to new challenges.
